Steve Keen's challenging post reminded me that I had not looked at the latest housing data from the ABS.

We will start with four summary charts.

The next set of charts look at the growth of the House Price Index for established houses in each of the eight cities. The growth is reported through the year (TTY) and by the latest quarter compared with the previous quarter.
